FOUNDER
Mert Yılmazoğlu
He grew up in these neighbourhoods and knows their streets, buildings, neighbourly culture and residents’ expectations first-hand.
That is why he approaches every project not only with professional responsibility, but with personal care for the future of the area where he lives.
Born in Bakırköy in 1976, Mert Yılmazoğlu grew up in Yeşilköy and Ataköy and continued living in the area with his family.
He graduated from Yıldız Technical University’s Engineering Department in 1998 and completed an MBA at Marmara University in 2002. After gaining site experience on the Akmerkez construction project and pursuing entrepreneurial ventures, he has worked in construction and real estate development since 2011.
His close knowledge of these neighbourhoods enables him to approach every transformation project with professional responsibility and personal care for the future of his community.
