Mert Yapı Yaşam founder Mert Yılmazoğlu was born in Bakırköy and grew up in Yeşilköy and Ataköy. He knows the area’s buildings, neighbourhood culture and residents’ expectations first-hand.
How long does the transformation process take?
The duration varies according to the building’s legal status, property-owner decisions, design and permit processes, and construction scope. After the initial assessment, we clearly share the stages and estimated schedule.
