Under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, and Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698;

I consent to Mert Yapı Yaşam processing my full name, phone number and email address and sending me commercial electronic communications by phone, SMS, WhatsApp and/or email, in line with the preferences stated in the form, to inform me about products and services, urban transformation and renovation solutions, project and event announcements, campaigns, promotions, satisfaction surveys and similar marketing communications.

I understand that my contact details may be transferred to authorised communication, IT and infrastructure service providers, the Message Management System, and legally authorised public institutions in order to send commercial communications and maintain consent/opt-out records.

Voluntary consent and withdrawal

This consent is optional. Withholding it does not prevent us from receiving your assessment request or providing services. You may withdraw consent at any time using the opt-out method stated in the message, by writing to sizidinliyoruz@mertyapiyasam.com or through the Message Management System . Commercial electronic communications will stop within the period prescribed by law after your opt-out request is received.

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal. Consent and opt-out records may be retained for the periods prescribed by law.
